Recently ✨✨✨ The past few months we’ve been having so much fun building our run/ walk club, stress testing new clients, helping runners improve race times, & competing as a team for fun in the Rhode Island Grand Prix race Series. We love this community so much!!!!

Join us next Saturday, March 7th, for a “Demo Day!” We will kick off the day with our run club at 9 am, and then we will have a volunteer do a demo VO2 max test from start-finish at 10 am. Following the demo, attendees will have the opportunity to book a test to learn their numbers at a super reduced rate of $50. As an added bonus, you can earn team points for the Rhode Island Grand Prix, and you can explore cute historic downtown Wickford while you wait for your slot! Tests take ~15-20 min each. Hope to see you Saturday!! Runners & walkers of ALL levels welcome- we have different protocols and will meet you where you’re at🏃🏃‍♀️💪🏼📈
